Electronic Roads aims to offer the best advice available on the market for electronic
music festival tickets, accommodation and transport. We act as a user interface and
do not issue tickets, take bookings or have any information about your personal
travel details.

You first need to check your e-mail (inbox and spam folder) to see the service
provider name on the booking details. Then contact the service provider with your
enquiry and they will be more than happy to assist you. Please find the service
providers list, their contact details and the working hours below.

Electronic Roads has many ticketing partners. We usually work directly with the
event organisers so we can offer the best prices on the market. However, sometimes
we work with ticketing platforms when the festivals do not sell tickets on their
website.

The easiest way to find out who is your entrance ticket provider is to follow 4 easy
steps:

  1. Go to the page where we host the information regarding the festival you
    booked the ticket for.
  2. Click on the “get tickets” button.
  3. Get directed to the website where you made the purchase.
  4. Contact the ticket provider with your enquiry.
